AN OPEN LETTER FROM OUR CEO: WHAT’S BEHIND ÉLITE MUSIC SERVICE

Two years ago, Javier and I started a project that changed my life:

Élite Music Service Los Cabos.

Back then, I had no idea what it would truly involve. Not just on a professional level, but a deeply personal one. Because as this project grew, I was transforming too.

Entrepreneurship isn’t just about building something outward — it’s about meeting yourself at every step. It’s about doubting, learning, feeling vulnerable… and still choosing to move forward.

Élite was born from a common love for entertainment — for the emotions it stirs, and the magic of creating experiences that are engraved on the guests memories. But over time, I came to realize this wasn’t just an entertainment company: it was an extension of my sensitivity, of my search for authenticity, and of my desire to do things with beauty, presence, and heart.

It hasn’t always been easy. There are days full of effort, inner questions, and deep fatigue. But there are also moments of pure fulfillment — when everything makes sense: a smile, a song, a couple dancing with shining eyes. And in those moments, I remember why we began.

Today, I want to share this with you — because behind every service we offer, there’s more than production, logistics, or talent.

There’s a heartbeat behind it all.
